How much does it cost to use ScribeManager?

The basic cost of using ScribeManager is US $0.01 per MB of throughput on our servers. For example, if one of your clients uploads a 3MB file to you, and you download it from ScribeManager, your throughput is 6 MB, so the cost to you will be US $0.06. Clearly it is to your advantage to encourage your clients to upload in smaller file formats rather than large ones.

Apart from uploads and downloads, your page loads on ScribeManager and emails you send via it contribute to your throughput, but normally very small amounts.

You may also send text messages from ScribeManager at US $0.21 per recipient.

There is also a monthly fee of $1 for using ScribeManager.

If I start a transcription business, will ScribeManager find enough clients for me to support my business without me doing any marketing?
Probably not. You should assume you will need to find clients in other ways as well.

Is ScribeManager secure?
ScribeManager contains many security features. For example, passwords are not sent by email (only temporary ones are). Even we do not know what your password is. As a further example, recordings can only be downloaded from ScribeManager by a user who is logged in, and not via malicious monitoring of server activity.

Can I use ScribeManager in a language other than English?
